About Legal Problem

I'm Asian and i have been cracking for 3 months, so far i have not had any problem about security  since in my country is quite safe and nobody watching you, unless you are cracking some kind of big accounts. But I have heard that in Germany, you can be arrested for leeching torrents and cracking accounts, Is that true ? and what about different country ?
