Spotify Account paid

I have made an order a spotify account and paid via paypal yesterday and it is sitting in a pending state.  I don't understand how they would know which account it belongs to so I added my order number in the notes when I paid via paypal.

How do I resolve this.  I could provide someone with the paypal transaction ID if that helps
