iptv wordlist scrambled user+pass how?

hello

I have been using sentry to get my own iptv links using a big combolist I put together and have been very successful like this very easy to get as username is carlton and password is carlton so very easy ..-->

BUT lately I have noticed some iptv they are not using words anymore but  alot of iptv have switched their logins and passwords with random letters such as:

all jumbled and mix match letters ...

 

can some please explain how to have a wordlist like that and be successful

u can't

try to use normal combos that u use for example for filehosts or other sites
