Why i am applying for a staff role: 

Since joining CrackingItaly a few months ago, i have felt more welcomed and involved than any other forum i have joined. I enjoy spending time on here and helping people / posting threads. 

I want to be more involved in keeping the forum alive and growing, keeping it safe and leech free. I want to see CrackingItaly exceed other related forums and achieve what the owners and other staff work hard for. I can help in doing this by being active, helping new members, posting HQ content, stopping mass leechers and rule-breakers and sharing ideas and input to staff members and the community. If i was to be accepted i would spend a lot more time in the general area of the forum, in the help section and request section, while still posting HQ accounts and checking threads and activity of users. I would give feedback to members respectfully and remind them of rules if broken and report to admin / founder when necessary on a regular basis. 

I see that CrackingItaly is looking for people to join their team, i have also noticed that there is little staff activity during my 'prime' time due to time zone difference, I'm on when you are sleeping. 

My intentions for joining staff is not for my personal benefit, i want to give back to the forum which has teached and helped me a lot, i respect and admire the skills and kindness of staff and hope that one day i can be the same.

About me: 

I enjoy cracking and spend most of my free time now doing it, i prefer cracking VPN, File hosting and porn accounts but also crack subscription based as it is in demand from users. 

I have a lot of free time while I'm study and can be very active, mostly during periods no other staff are online due to time-zone difference.

 

From what i gather, the role of Sherlock is to:

- keep an eye out for Leechers

- Check threads and make sure they follow guidelines / posting rules 

- Keep forum clean of any advertisers or spammers 

I would love to spend my free time keeping an eye out for this and helping people in need.

I respect people who post threads and give accounts, configs and tools to members, i want them to feel respected and welcomed.

I have read and understand the forum rules.

I can follow instructions on what needs to be done and i am very active with communication.

I speak English & Tamil / Hindi (Indian Languages) fluently, i also speak basic Arabic (I can translate anything that staff need translated and can respond to members who speak these languages)

Although i cannot speak Italian, I am happy to use google's built in translate as i do already. 

 

If i do not get accepted for this role, i understand and just want to let you know that i will continue to post HQ content and be involved and help out as much as i can. No hard feelings!

I look forward to staff replying with feedback.

I will discuss with staff and give you a trial period. If we are satisfied with your work and you are consistent, then we might make your new position permanent. Keep in mind that we don't blindly trust everyone, because of some past negative experiences, so you will have to earn our trust. It goes by saying that any betrayal , leeching or inappropriate behavior will be not tolerated and there will be retaliation.
