On Saturday 8th November I purchased a One Month Royal Elite membership for EU8. I received a message telling me to wait for an email. Nothing was sent. On Wednesday 12th November I sent a message regarding this through the contact us button. I also sent a message to Enigma on Nov 16th. I haven't received a reply yet.
