since few days, some Mycanal accounts I got are deactivated. The credentials I set are not working anymore and the email address I used looks to be deleted from the database because when I'm doing a forget password it's telling me "unknow email address".
I was used to put email addresses like that: my.email+x@smthg.com I was thinking it was because of this format but apparently no.
Does someone have any idea how they know the original account has been hacked?
PS: They also added a email verification + phone verification
