My OpenBullet Hits but not find any in DB?

i have an issue when i do scan for mac iptv . OpenBullet already hits , But my problem it, i want to have text file for hits save automatically in DB folder.

i did this parameter for CustomKC in Environment.ini to save the  Hit to DB i do not know if am i wrong or no. Can any one help me please 

[CUSTOMKC]
Name=HITS
SaveinDB=True
