proxy problem not detecting that was already checked

Hi, I have this problem

I add proxies, create a new job to test them, normally when the job starts if I change into the proxes tab and select delete not working it deletes the proxies, but after the job  finishes its like the proxies where never tested

Total: 4038
Tested: 4020
Working: 254
Not working: 3766

This is the job status




And this is what happens if I go into proxies delete nor working:

I read on github https://github.com/openbullet/OpenBullet2/issues/272 that hitting f5 would refresh but it does not work for me

the  runner is not able to save the data of the proxies that it tested, it may be some bug with permissions
